Pi-Hsia Hsieh

With more than 10 years of experience working in financial operations, Pi-Hsia has extensive experience in leading the operating, finance, and administrative functions of the practice, which include financial management and reporting, strategic planning and budgeting, resource deployment, and performance management and rewards. She helps practice leaders make strategic decisions that have positive impacts on future business.

Ms Hsieh advises media and entertainment, financial services and insurance sector clients on digital strategy and large operations transformation. She delivers large, strategic projects that impact her client’s bottom line through product strategy and design, operational and organizational effectiveness, and change management issues. 

Pi-Hsia earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University. 

Chiao-Hsuan Lo

Chiao-Hsuan has solid experience in M&A Integration, Due diligence, Performance Management, Organization Transformation, Organization Design & Culture and Change Management. Formerly worked as Manager with Deloitte Consulting, she participated in notable assignments with multinational companies. Prior to that, she was marketing consultant with an Green Energy company based in Singapore, where she was involved in building up the operation process for the start-up, including accounting, procurement, and marketing plans.

Chiao-Hsuan earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business from National Taiwan University.

Jason Yueh
With more than 15 years of consulting and industry experience, Mr Yueh has led transformational change and people efforts for global business transformations, including large ERP and other system implementations, mergers and acquisitions integrations, capability development, corporate strategy and future state support organizations.

Prior to joining Almondmore Shan, Mr Yueh spent more than four years with Human Resources Professionals, where he served as leader over the Organization Transformation and Human Capital practice. There, he was accountable for overall group performance, project delivery quality and practice growth and development. Additionally, Mr Yueh scoped, shaped and solutioned numerous client engagements solving for talent, organization and people-related challenges.

Mr Yueh earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
